Case 1:

(a) Moonface, hirsutism and "buffalo" hump; or Cushingoid features.
(b) Cushingoid features - probably due to steroid therapy.

Case 2:

(a) Swelling/mass/tumour-like swelling over medical aspect of left upper thigh and outer aspect of shoulder. Purplish-blue discoloration and swelling of lower lip.
(b) Liver enlargement (due to haemangioma) and petechiae (due to platelet-consumption - Kasabach-Merritt syndrome).
(c) Multiple carvenous haemanigomata.
