A 3000 gram baby girl was born at full term by vaginal delivery. At birth, an introital mass was incidentally found by pediatrician. She could pass urine soon after birth. Pediatric surgical team was consulted. On general examination, abdomen was soft with no mass felt. Perineal examination showed a 2 cm introital mass which was smooth, roundish and pink in colour (Figure 1). Vaginal introitus and urethral meatus were identified, although the urethral opening was displaced to the left side. USG renal system was performed and was unremarkable. | Figure 1 | N.B.
